Where are you located?

Emily’s Massage Room is a home-based treatment space located near St John’s Road, Wallingford, Oxfordshire. For privacy and security reasons, the full address and arrival details will be provided in your booking confirmation email after your appointment has been scheduled.

Is there parking?

Yes - Private driveway parking is available for your convenience.

How do I book?

All appointments must be booked online through the online booking system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund. However, you will be offered one opportunity to reschedule.

Rescheduled appointments must be used within 30 days of the original booking date. Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling. Thank you for understanding and respecting the time reserved especially for you.

What happens if I arrive late?

Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid impacting the next client. The full appointment fee will still apply.

Are you insured?

Yes — I am fully insured with professional indemnity and public liability insurance, including cover for pregnancy massage.

Will I need to complete a consultation form?

Yes. All clients are required to complete a confidential health consultation form prior to their first appointment. This ensures your treatment is safe, appropriate, and tailored to your individual needs. We will only ask relevant information. Please provide full and accurate medical information when completing your form.

If you have any medical conditions, are undergoing treatment, or are unsure whether massage is suitable for you, it is recommended that you consult your GP prior to booking. I reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.

Do you have a privacy policy?

Who is this space for?

Emily’s Massage Room is a women-only treatment space, including anyone who identifies as a woman. As this is a home-based massage therapy room, this policy is in place to maintain personal safety and comfort. Thank you for respecting this boundary.

Is the treatment room accessible?

The massage room is located upstairs. If you have difficulty with stairs, please get in touch before booking so we can discuss your needs. With prior arrangement, it may be possible to set up the massage table downstairs. Your comfort and safety are important — please reach out in advance so we can make suitable arrangements where possible.

Is pregnancy massage available at any stage?

Pregnancy massage is available after the first trimester (12 weeks). If you have a high-risk pregnancy or any medical concerns, please seek advice from your midwife or GP before booking.
